Sponsorship Letter
The players, coaches and basketball families of Illinois Clutch are excited for the future! We have contacted you with the hope you and your company will help us continue to make a difference in the lives of the youth in our community by accepting this invitation to become a sponsor.
The Illinois Clutch organization was founded in 2017, under the name of BN Gators at the younger levels for the purpose of promoting basketball for youth in Central Illinois. Our philosophy and mission are to provide a basketball program “where the game and the players can grow.” We focus on building both the mental and physical skills of the game and preparing our youth to be leaders both on and off the field.
Our goal is to provide the opportunity for basketball training and play for all interested participants and is designed to develop individual skills, fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Additionally, we support the physical, mental, and emotional development of youth players, as well as to promote, foster and perpetuate the growth of basketball in our community.
Our vision is a community where we are loyally supported, fiercely proud, and recognized as a unifying innovative force that creates a positive and nurturing yet challenging learning environment.
Sponsorship with Illinois Clutch is a unique partnering opportunity. With your contribution, we will do everything in our power to maximize your business’ exposure and match your company with a diverse family audience. It is our commitment to recognize and promote our sponsors.
If providing sponsorship to Illinois Clutch is an option for your company, please kindly take some time to review the enclosed sponsorship agreement. We are confident you will find a level of sponsorship that will be comfortable for you as well as beneficial to our organization and community youth participants.
On behalf of Illinois Clutch, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your consideration in our club as an investment for your business.
Respectfully,
Nick Dozier, Tom Norton, and Brandon Martin
Illinois Clutch Academy
